Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the http://www.remotefithub.com website and the RemoteFitHub mobile application (the "Service”, “The Site") operated by RemoteFitHub ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
When purchasing a product or service from the site you may be asked to provide certain information regarding the process and provision for the product of service. All purchases made are subject to the Consumer rights act 2015 with a 14 day ‘cooling off period’, for which please see ‘Cancellation’ section. If you are not happy with the service or product provided please contact admin@remotefithub.com .
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
“The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

Please allow up to 2 working days for RemoteFitHub to respond to all purchases that may require action or setting up.
Memberships are initiated on a continual monthly payment active on the date of purchase (or 30th for plans activated on the 31st of a month).
Content and material
All music used on the site is covered for playback with an Interactive WebCast Licence with PRS for Music, registered to Michael Davenport of RemoteFitHub. For further details, please contact admin@remotefithub.com .
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of RemoteFitHub. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
The site allows patrons to post comments and feedback which are visible to the public and other Patrons. We ask that all comments remain respectful and could not be considered as hateful or offensive to an individual, culture or belief. These posts will be removed and the patrons access may be subject to termination.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Cancellation
Patrons may cancel their pricing plan at any stage of the agreement, this at of cancellation would precede to automatically restrict their access to the site and services. To regain access for days paid in advance, please contact admin@remotefithub.com .
All cancellations of online classes are subject to a 2 hour cut off period before the agreed start time of the class either through messaging the site directly or by beans of cancelling the session via the site or app. Once cancelled, a request for a refund should be made to admin@remotefithub.com.
We reserve the right to cancel or reallocate classes or sessions without prior notice. Purchases of this session may be refunded or reallocated to an alternative session, day or time.
Termination
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold RemoteFitHub harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.​

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall [website owner], be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [website owner] assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

All details will be securely stored by the website https://www.wix.com and will not be shared with any third party and held by the DataProtection act 2018 and GDPR.
