Pilates Cottesmore Village Hall 

Once a month we come together at the Cottesmore village hall, it is a great opportunity to meet, socialise while experiencing hands on Pilates coaching. During these sessions we work through the variations of the original 34 mat Pilates exercises devised by Joseph Pilates.
